The Inferno Sprocket #219 is a premium #219 pitch drive sprocket designed for use with Hilliard Inferno Flame and Fire Clutches. Available in a range of sizes from 16T to 22T, this sprocket is compatible with all versions of Hilliard clutches, including the Fire and Flame models. Clutches are sold separately from sprockets to allow for full customization based on your specific racing needs.

For Briggs racing, we recommend keeping sizes 18T to 21T on hand, as these are most commonly used. However, depending on the tracks you race on, you might also benefit from having lower or higher sizes, with options as low as 16T and as high as 22T. Changing the front sprocket has a more significant impact on your kart's performance than the rear sprocket, so it's crucial to consult our gear ratio chart to ensure you're equipped with the right information during testing.

Having a selection of clutch sprockets in various sizes gives you the flexibility to achieve different gear ratios, optimizing your kart's performance for various track conditions. Additionally, many experienced Briggs racers like to have a clutch drum fitted with a smaller sprocket for quick changes in case of rain, ensuring you're always prepared for changing weather conditions.
